Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information CatalogScore collects, why we collect it, how we use service providers, and how customers can manage their data.

Last updated: June 12, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Taman Labs collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use CatalogScore. CatalogScore audits publicly accessible catalog pages and turns scan evidence into operational review candidates, dashboards, and reports.

CatalogScore is designed for business use and public catalog data. Do not submit private credentials, payment card data, protected health information, sensitive personal data, or non-public marketplace information.

2. Information we collect

Account information: name, business email address, organization name, role, authentication data, settings, and user preferences.

Customer content: public URLs, target domains, scan configuration, comments, review decisions, report settings, and other content you provide through the service.

Public scan evidence: product titles, descriptions, prices, images, availability signals, category paths, source URLs, timestamps, extracted text, and related metadata visible on public catalog pages.

Usage and device information: pages viewed, features used, logs, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device information, error reports, performance data, and security events.

Communications: support requests, sales inquiries, feedback, survey responses, and other messages you send to us.

3. Information we do not intentionally collect

CatalogScore does not require marketplace login credentials, private customer records, payment card numbers, government identifiers, protected health information, or sensitive personal data to perform scans.

If you submit information that CatalogScore is not designed to process, we may delete it, restrict access to it, or ask you to remove it from the service.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate CatalogScore, authenticate users, run scans, generate evidence-backed findings, produce reports, maintain review history, and support customer workflows.

We also use information to secure the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve scan quality, develop features, communicate service updates, respond to support requests, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Where we use aggregated or de-identified information to improve CatalogScore, we take steps designed to prevent that information from identifying a specific customer, user, or catalog.

5. AI-assisted and automated processing

CatalogScore may use deterministic rules, heuristics, and AI-assisted analysis to classify catalog quality signals and generate review candidates. Outputs may include confidence levels, severity labels, suggested fixes, and supporting evidence.

These outputs are intended for human review. CatalogScore does not use scan outputs to make final legal, employment, credit, healthcare, insurance, or similarly significant decisions about individuals.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, measure product usage, and diagnose service performance.

You can configure your browser to block some cookies, but essential authentication, security, or preference features may not work correctly without them.

7. How we share information

Service providers: we may share information with vendors that provide hosting, database, storage, email delivery, security, analytics, AI infrastructure, customer support, and related services. These providers process information on our behalf.

Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information when we believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, needed to prevent abuse, or appropriate to enforce our agreements.

Business transfers: if Taman Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell customer scan evidence or account information, and we do not share customer reports with third parties for their independent advertising purposes.

8. Data retention

We retain account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for security, legal, audit, tax, and operational purposes.

Scan evidence, reports, comments, review decisions, and related metadata are retained so your team can audit findings over time, compare rescans, and maintain operational history. You may request deletion of account data or customer content, subject to legal obligations, backup retention, and any separate agreement.

Security logs, diagnostic logs, and backup copies may be retained for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, least-privilege practices, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, logging, and vendor review.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for using strong credentials, limiting user access, and submitting only information appropriate for CatalogScore.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Account administrators may update user and organization information in the service. To exercise privacy rights or request deletion, contact hello@inra.ai. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request.

11. International processing

Taman Labs and our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate. These locations may have privacy laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

When required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.

12. Children's privacy

CatalogScore is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or from anyone below the age required by applicable local law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service, by email, or by another reasonable method. The updated policy becomes effective when posted or as stated in the notice.
